Online Ordering
All orders are considered final. All orders must be paid for in full for the order to be delivered or collected. No exceptions.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON PREPARED ORDERS. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PREPARED YOU ARE TO FULFIL THE ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR THE ORDER, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED FROM ORDERING ONLINE
FOR A PERIOD AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT. ADDITIONAL LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN BY MANAGEMENT IF YOUR ACTIONS ARE CONSIDERED HARASSMENT.
Delivery of Orders
You need to present for delivery to be fulfilled. If you are responsible for delays which results in the food going cold or the taste being affected through extended periods between preparation and consumption, Gourmet Poultry is and will not be liable for any effects, losses, damages as a result of such events, permissible within the extent of the law. Gourmet Poultry will ensure health codes are held to the strictest level to ensure food safety for its consumers.
Pickup of Orders
You are required to pickup your orders as soon as they are ready and you have received your notification. There are occasions when emails are lost/rejected to the Junk Folder of your email box. In such events, delays which results in the food going cold or the taste being affected through extended periods between preparation and consumption, Gourmet Poultry is not liable for any effects, losses, damages as a result of such events, permissible within the extent of the law. You will not be entitled to a replacement meal if you are at fault. However if for whatever reason, the outcome was a result of events outside the control of both parties, a replacement meal may be provided at the discretion of management.
Access, Interference and Linking
GOURMET POULTRY PTY LTD grants you access and make personal use of the Site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except as provided below under "Use Restrictions," or with express written consent of GOURMET POULTRY PTY LTD.
